Overview
Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral services (BTBS) is seeking a dependable, organized, and team-oriented Clinical Operations Coordinator to support both clinical and administrative functions in our clinic. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being at the heart pf daily operations.
You'll be an integral member of our administrative team, helping ensure smooth clinic operations, maintaining high clinical standards, and fostering clear communication among staff, families, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy coverage for clients when staff are absent to ensure continuity of services.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for daily clinic operations and staff support.
- Coordinate and communicate staff snd client absences; manage coverage and keep schedules current
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinic environment; manage supply orders and address minor maintenance needs
- Audit session notes for accuracy and compliance across all service settings.
- Support onboarding and training of Behavior Technicians, reinforcing clinical and documentation standards.
- Manage clinic technology -- including ordering, setup, tracking, and troubleshooting staff devices.
- Collaborate with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistency and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Experience in ABA required; RBT credential or BCBA candidate preferred.
- College Degree Preferred
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable with technology and basic device management.
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
