Who We're Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
- A currently certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), OR
- Have completed the 40-hour RBT training and are working toward certification
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism
- Reliable, compassionate, patient, and eager to learn
- Able to communicate effectively with families and your clinical team
- Able to provide reliable transportation to client locations
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
What You'll Do
As an RBT with Brighter Strides ABA, you'll work 1:1 with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while receiving guidance and support from a BCBA. You will:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
- Help clients build communication, social, play, and daily living skills
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team
- Celebrate meaningful progress with your clients every day
New to ABA?
If you have experience in childcare, special education, paraprofessional support, behavioral health, developmental disabilities, direct care, or autism services, your skills may transfer well to an RBT position.
