Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our hybrid team serving Davis and Salt Lake County. This role combines in-home supervision with virtual flexibility, allowing you to maintain balance while delivering impactful care.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Oversee and supervise ABA services in progress
- Supervise, mentor, and train Behavior Technicians/RBTs
- Provide direct parent training and collaboration
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
- Adjust programming based on measurable outcomes
- Ensure clinical documentation is completed accurately and timely
- Prepare annual and progress reports regarding program effectiveness
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to meet IEP/IFSP goals
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field (Required)
- Active BCBA certification (Required)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges
- Strong clinical decision-making and data analysis skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with leadership
- Hybrid availability within Utah preferred
Preferred Experience
- 1 year experience as a BCBA (preferred)
- Experience supervising RBTs/Behavior Technicians
- Experience providing parent training

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
