About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Talent Acquisition, located in Lakewood, NJ. The Director of Talent Acquisition will oversee the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will be responsible for developing and executing employer branding strategies, as well as workforce planning and global talent acquisition initiatives. The role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure the successful onboarding and retention of top talent.
