- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Supervise and train Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing documentation
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA therapy and industry developments
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a home-based setting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
