Job Summary
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Jersey City, NJ. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with ASD. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home settings
- Conduct ongoing assessments of clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other team members, including Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), to ensure effective treatment delivery
- Provide training and supervision to BCaBAs and RBTs as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
- Participate in regularly scheduled team meetings to discuss client progress and share best practices
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- 1 year of experience working with children with ASD in a clinical or therapeutic setting
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- $80 - $110 HOURLY based on experience and qualifications
