bout the Role:Brighter Steps ABA is looking for dedicated, energetic ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our team provides strong support, reliable scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community settingImplement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBACollect accurate, real-time data during each sessionFollow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement effectivelyCommunicate regularly with your supervising BCBAMaintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentialityAttend team meetings, training, and supervision as requiredRequirementsRBT Certification (preferred — we can help the right candidate get certified)Experience working with children or individuals with special needsStrong communication, patience, and professionalismMust pass background check and meet state/funding requirementsReliable transportation to travel to clients’ homesWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly payConsistent scheduling with flexible hoursSupportive leadership team and responsive BCBAsPaid training and assistance with obtaining RBT certificationOpportunities for advancement as we expand across New Jersey
