Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to pool systems, including pumps, filters, and heaters.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate findings to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards while working in various environments.

Skills

• Proficient in pool cleaning techniques and equipment maintenance.
• Experience as a service technician with a focus on mechanical systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair pool-related issues.
