```Qualifications:```
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling)
- Degreed in Counseling or Social Work field
- Experience working with individuals with individuals with severe mental health challenges
- Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of the healthcare system
- Strong case management skills, including assessment, planning, and coordination of services
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Experience in art therapy or other creative therapeutic modalities is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients in the therapeutic process
