Part-Time EMDR Therapist (Licensed)

Brighter Minds Therapy is seeking a part-time EMDR therapist to join our growing private practice.
At Brighter Minds Therapy, we believe healing begins with feeling seen, understood, and supported. We provide personalized care for babies, children, teens, adults, couples, and families, integrating traditional therapy with brain-based approaches such as EMDR and neurofeedback. Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual, and we value curiosity, collaboration, and authentic connection.
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy using EMDR and other evidence-based approaches
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with our clinical team to support high-quality client care
- Build strong therapeutic relationships while providing trauma-informed, client-centered treatment
- Participate in case consultation as needed
Qualifications
- Current Oregon license as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist, or other independently licensed mental health professional
- EMDRIA-approved EMDR Basic Training completed (or actively working toward completion)
- Experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment concerns, and nervous system regulation
- Experience with children, adolescents, adults, or families is welcome
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
