What are the responsibilities and job description for the Classroom Teacher position at Brighter Futures Learning Center?
Job Overview
Brighter Futures was built for students who learn differently — and this role exists to make sure every one of them can actually access what we teach. As a Learning Support Specialist, you will work in small groups alongside the School Director, providing targeted academic, language, and social support for students who need more than a standard classroom can offer.
This is not a role for someone looking to manage a room. It is for someone who genuinely believes every student can learn — and who knows how to find the right door when the obvious one is closed.
