Hi, there! We are Brighter Days Home Care, a home health agency that hires personal care assistants and aides for qualifying clients through private pay, or their state/Medicaid/Medicare health plans.
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants (CNA / PCA) to provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes throughout Northwest Arkansas! In this role, you will assist clients with daily activities, promote their independence, and ensure their safety and well-being. Your positive, patient-centered approach will help create a supportive and nurturing environment for those in your care. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives while building valuable experience in home health!
Responsibilities of an aide/caregiver:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor client condition and report any changes in health or behavior
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Assist with safe transfers and mobility support
- Follow individualized care plans and company protocols
*Preferred Qualifications:
- CNA or PCA certification required(or willingness to obtain PCA certification)
- Reliable transportation (to and from clients' residence)
- *Please note that clients may have indoor pets such as dogs, cats, etc...*
- Previous caregiving or home health experience preferred, but not required—we will provide training for the right candidates joining our team, as well as continued education through modules to stay up to date on Medicaid policy.
- CPR and First Aid certification (recommended)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to client needs

Extra Position Details:
- Employed as Independent Contractor (1099)
- Location: Northwest Arkansas and surrounding areas!
- Knowledge or experience in usage of Hoyer Lift
- Be able to lift 50lbs max, assisting with lifting and client transfer
- Report to admin and BDHC team from office located in Rogers, Arkansas
