Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to perform short, in-home wellness visits throughout the Crossville/Oneida areas. This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy flexibility, independence, and genuine client connection.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits lasting approximately 15–30 minutes
- Take and record client vitals
- Assess client care and environment
- Complete care surveys and documentation accurately and promptly
- Communicate any changes or concerns to the home care team
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Tennessee (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Compassionate and professional demeanor
