What You’ll Do:
- Inspire and Motivate: Use your creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to develop innovative strategies that encourage children to achieve their goals.
- Personalized Support: Work closely with children to understand their unique needs and aspirations, providing tailored support in areas such as daily living skills, personal development, and community involvement.
- Empowerment: Foster a positive and empowering environment where children feel confident and capable of taking on new challenges.
- Demonstrate Life Skills: Lead by example and mentor children in developing essential life skills.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to create and implement individualized plans that promote independence and well-being.
