We're growing fast and looking for driven, people-focused Field Sales Partners to help bring Brighter Day to more homes and businesses in their communities.

About the Role

As a Field Sales Partner, you'll be the face of Brighter Day Services in your community. You'll connect with homeowners and local business owners in person, introduce our services, and earn commission on every new customer you bring in. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, wants flexible hours, and is motivated by uncapped earnings.

What You'll Do

• Introduce Brighter Day Services to homeowners through door-to-door outreach, community events, and referrals.
• Visit local businesses such as offices, medical practices, and retail shops to introduce our commercial cleaning services.
• Leave branded door hangers and cards with your personal promo code so customers can book online.
• Connect interested business owners with our team for commercial cleaning quotes.
• Build relationships in your area that lead to repeat business and referrals.

What You'll Earn

Residential:

• 20% of each new customer's first cleaning
• 10% of their recurring service for the first 6 months

Commercial:

• 15% of a new business client's first-year revenue
• 20% on agreements of 2 years or longer

There's no cap on earnings, and commissions are paid biweekly. For example, landing one business client on a $175 weekly cleaning plan earns you about $1,365 in year one.

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with people face to face
• Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently
• Sales, canvassing, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Smartphone and reliable transportation
• 18 or older and able to pass a background check

Important to Know

This is a 1099 independent contractor position paid entirely on commission. There is no hourly pay or base salary.
