Position Overview:
Brighter Day Services is expanding!
We are seeking motivated, commission-based independent contractors to help grow our client base by securing new service contracts across residential, commercial, real estate, Airbnb, and property management sectors.
As a Business Development Contractor, you will represent the Brighter Day Services brand professionally, build relationships, generate leads, and close contracts — all on a flexible, performance-based earning structure.
Responsibilities:
✅ Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
✅ Target real estate professionals, property management companies, short-term rental hosts, offices, and construction firms.
✅ Represent Brighter Day Services at networking events, industry meetings, or by cold outreach.
✅ Present and explain our service offerings clearly and professionally.
✅ Close contracts and ensure proper documentation is completed for internal processing.
✅ Maintain ongoing communication with internal Brighter Day Services leadership regarding client leads, deals closed, and prospects.
Requirements:
✅ Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management preferred.
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
✅ Professional demeanor and commitment to brand integrity.
✅ Reliable transportation (for local travel and client meetings if needed).
✅ Basic tech skills (email, CRM entry, Teams/Zoom for internal updates).
Compensation:
✅ 10% commission on the first 3 months' value of every new closed contract OR 10% of total closed contract value (structured per deal).
✅ Commission paid after first successful client payment clears.
This is a commission-only 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
There is no base salary or benefits. You control your earning potential!
