Brighter Day Adult Services is seeking dependable, flexible, and motivated PRN Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team as independent contractors (1099).
This is the perfect opportunity for those who want to pick up shifts as needed, earn premium pay, and work on their schedule — while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a licensed group home setting.
💵 Pay Rate (1099 PRN):

Up to $20/hr once all three certifications are completed:

CPR/First Aid

Medication Administration

TOVA (or equivalent behavioral certification)

- Must maintain active certifications to remain eligible for the $20/hr rate.
🕒 Shifts Available:
- PRN / On-Call
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts
- Priority given to staff available on weekends and holidays
🧠 Key Duties:
- Provide direct care and supervision
- Support daily living skills and hygiene
- Administer medications and follow care plans
- Maintain safety and dignity at all times
- Complete shift documentation accurately
✅ Qualifications:
- 18 with high school diploma or GED
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Must hold or be willing to obtain all 3 required certifications
- Prior DSP or caregiving experience preferred
This is a 1099 independent contractor role.
