Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an early learning setting. Responsibilities of Teachers
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the needs of the children.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports all children.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom conducive to learning.
- Fostering love, care, and overall safety of the children.
- Creating a nurturing environment for the children to learn and grow in.
- Meeting all basic needs of the children.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred: Bachelor or Associate degree in a related field; or completion or willing to complete the Wi DCF courses to become assistant/lead qualified.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for fostering a positive learning environment that supports the development of each child.
