Independent House Cleaner — Flexible Hours - $25-$35 hour

About Brighten Up Cleaning Brighten Up Cleaning is a residential and commercial cleaning company serving the Minneapolis/Saint Paul metro. We're growing fast and looking for reliable, professional independent cleaners to join our network.

What This Role Is This is a 1099 independent contractor position — not a W-2 job. You set your availability, keep your own clients, and we fill the gaps in your calendar with consistent, pre-booked jobs. We handle all the marketing, booking, client communication, and payment. You show up and clean.

What We're Looking For

• 1 years of recent residential or commercial cleaning experience
• Own reliable transportation
• Own cleaning supplies (or willing to purchase)
• Current liability insurance (or willing to get it — Simply Business, ~$25/mo)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Communicates clearly and responds same-day
• Shows up on time, every time

What You'll Get

• Consistent job bookings on your schedule
• $25–$35/hr depending on job type and efficiency
• Paid every Friday (Friday–Thursday pay period)
• No marketing, no chasing clients — we do all of it
