What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments and design personalized treatment plans.
- Lead and refine ABA programs with fidelity and innovation.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, fostering growth and excellence.
- Track progress, analyze data, and adapt plans proactively.
- Partner with families to ensure cohesive, compassionate care.
- Contribute to team meetings and help shape our evolving practices.
- Uphold ethical standards and stay current with best practices.
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB
- Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong ABA knowledge and clinical experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to ethical, high-quality care
- Experience with EHR and data collection tools
- Parent training and family support expertise
- Specialized skills in verbal behavior, social skills, or complex needs
