:Family owned & operating in Central Oregon as a Wood Manufacturer since 1957, we have three Oregon Locations headquartered in Madras Oregon and secondary operations in Redmond & most recently Prineville Oregon ( the Old Pioneer mill )
: We need all types of entry level and experienced mill workers in our Cutting , Fingerjoint, Moulding , and Lamination departments, these mill work positions start out learning the methods of grading and stacking quality products . Bright Wood Corp is a performance based versus seniority based employer and as result your advancement opportunities are all up to you and your self drive. Working safely, producing a quality product, being here on time and ready to go everyday and learning all aspects of machinery and equipment that you work with, are vital to your advancement.
