Job Description:
Position: Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
Location: Albany, NY or Manhattan, NY
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 50% onsite
Initial Requirement: Must report onsite in Albany, NY for the first week
Key Requirements:
- 8 years of IT experience with strong senior-level SRE/Production Engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SRE principles, enterprise systems reliability, scalability, and performance
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong Kubernetes, containers, and microservices experience
- Strong programming/automation experience, particularly Python
- Experience building automation and self-healing solutions to reduce operational toil
- Strong observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing experience
- Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK/Elastic Stack, or similar tools
- Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
