Job Title: Corporate Tax Senior Manager
📍 Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate tax compliance, planning, and consulting engagements
- Manage ASC 740 tax provision (preparation and/or review)
- Oversee multiple client projects and ensure quality delivery
- Review complex tax returns and identify tax-saving opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor, train, and develop team members
- Support business development and growth initiatives
- Collaborate with internal tax specialists and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Active CPA or JD (required)
- 5–7 years of tax compliance or consulting experience
- Strong experience with ASC 740 tax provision
- Background in public accounting (Top 20 firms preferred)
- Willingness to work hybrid (3 days onsite)
- Experience with OneSource Tax Provision
- Experience working with large or complex corporate clients
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and corporate tax regulations
