Job Summary
We are hiring a Healthcare M&A Investment Banking Associate to support M&A execution, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments across the healthcare sector. The role works closely with senior bankers and analysts on healthcare provider, payer, healthtech, and life sciences transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute healthcare M&A and strategic advisory transactions
- Build financial models, valuation analyses, and presentations
- Support client meetings, deal execution, and due diligence
- Manage analysts and junior team members
- Assist with business development and sector coverage activities
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of direct Investment Banking M&A experience
- Healthcare Investment Banking experience preferred
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Experience managing or mentoring junior bankers
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong communication and business writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed
Preferred
- SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses
- Middle-market healthcare M&A experience
- Exposure to provider/services, payer, healthtech, or medtech sectors
