Job Title: Corporate Tax Senior Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage corporate tax engagements for multiple clients
- Review complex corporate tax returns and ASC 740 income tax provisions
- Provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance support
- Manage, mentor, and develop tax professionals across engagements
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
- Identify opportunities to expand services and support business growth
- CPA or active JD/Attorney license required
- 5?7 years of corporate tax compliance or consulting experience
- Strong experience with ASC 740 (Income Tax Provision)
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate income tax regulations
- Experience in public accounting or professional services preferred
- Bachelor?s degree in Accounting (Master?s in Taxation, LLM in Tax, or JD preferred)
