Overview
The client is hiring a Corporate Tax Manager to support corporate tax compliance, consulting, and ASC 740 tax provision work for large, multi-state and global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate tax compliance and consulting engagements
- Review tax returns and identify tax-saving opportunities
- Lead and review ASC 740 tax provision work
- Supervise and mentor team members
- Manage client relationships and engagements
- Research tax issues and respond to IRS/state inquiries
- CPA (MA) or JD with active license
- 4–7 years of corporate tax experience
- Strong ASC 740 (tax provision) experience
- Public accounting background (Top 15 or large regional firm preferred)
- Experience with multi-state/global companies
- Willing to work onsite 3 days/week
- OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) experience
- Exposure to SALT, international tax, or transfer pricing
- Currently at Manager level (or strong Senior ready for promotion)
