Your role is to ensure every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for — from the first phone call to checkout.
Responsibilities
- Greet each patient by name with warmth and professionalism
- Manage scheduling with intention and efficiency
- Verify insurance benefits and communicate financial information clearly and confidently
- Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records
- Answer phones with polish, poise, and clarity
- Support treatment coordination and basic coding when needed
- Maintain a pristine, organized, welcoming front office
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
Who You Are
- Experienced in a dental front desk environment
- Comfortable using Curve Dental or similar dental software
- Confident in dental terminology and insurance verification
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- A natural communicator with elevated customer service standards
- Professional in appearance, tone, and demeanor
- Team-minded with a growth mindset
