Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to ensure our rental properties are spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests. As an essential part of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of each property. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of all property areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas when applicable.
• Implement cleaning procedures using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment to ensure surfaces, floors, carpets, and furniture are spotless and sanitized.
• Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels for guest use.
• Conduct detailed floor cleaning and floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness standards by dusting surfaces, cleaning windows and mirrors, and ensuring all areas meet hygiene regulations.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding specific cleaning requests or concerns and ensure timely completion of all cleaning assignments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures including sanitation protocols, surface cleaning techniques, and the use of various cleaning detergents and equipment.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina for manual handling tasks such as prolonged standing or walking during shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs or concerns.
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
