Bright Tides ABA is growing — and we’re looking for passionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)to join our team!


We are a BCBA-owned and operated, local small business committed to quality over quantity and putting clients, staff, and families first, always.


At Bright Tides, we believe that steady, consistent support can shape confident, capable, and empowered learners. Our clinic will open in January, and we are building a team that reflects compassion, professionalism, and meaningful clinical excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in community and clinic settings
  • Implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs
  • Collect accurate data and contribute to team discussions
  • Support communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral goals
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families

Who You Are

  • An RBT (or someone ready to become certified — we can help!)
  • Patient, compassionate, and eager to learn
  • Reliable, energetic, and genuinely passionate about helping children
  • A team player who values ethical, high-quality therapy
