Bright Tides ABA is growing — and we’re looking for passionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)to join our team!

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in community and clinic settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs
- Collect accurate data and contribute to team discussions
- Support communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral goals
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
