What You'll Do
• Partner with senior engineers and project leaders on all phases of civil and building construction—from concept through completion.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and external partners to keep projects on track, on time, and on budget.
• Develop, maintain, and interpret technical documents and drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related design tools.
• Participate in on-site project planning, progress tracking, and field coordination.
• Support the creation of innovative, sustainable, and efficient construction solutions that align with our client's commitment to responsible growth.
• Travel occasionally to collaborate across sites and design offices.
• Take advantage of ongoing professional development and training through internal and external programs.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline).
• 2–5 years of experience in civil or building construction environments.
• Working knowledge of engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional, multicultural teams.
• Curiosity, drive, and eagerness to grow—this is a project and company where your career can expand along with the site itself.
• Willingness to travel or relocate for short-term assignments as the project evolves.
