Role Description

This is a part‑time remote position for a Speech‑Language Pathologist, with the potential to expand into a full‑time role as our caseload grows. The Speech‑Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with families and other professionals, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and monitoring client progress. This role requires a commitment to evidence‑based practices and a client‑centered approach to care.


Qualifications

  • Experience in working with pediatric clients is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of pediatric speech therapy techniques and early intervention practices.
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to create effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.

Salary : $50 - $65
