Job Description
We are looking for skilled Python Developers with hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI systems. You’ll work on designing, building, and optimizing intelligent, autonomous workflows using modern LLMs and AI frameworks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shipping real AI-powered systems, not just talking about them in slide decks.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications focused on Generative AI and agentic workflows
Build and orchestrate AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into production systems
Develop prompt strategies, tool calling, memory, and multi-agent coordination
Optimize performance, reliability, and cost of AI-driven solutions
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable AI systems
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications
Experience building or working with agentic AI systems
Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent
Solid understanding of APIs, REST services, and integrations
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Preferred Skills
Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
Familiarity with Docker and basic CI/CD practices
Understanding of RAG architectures and prompt engineering best practices
