Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid Minnesota dental license
- Proficiency in routine dental procedures and surgeries
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Excellent patient communication and education abilities
- Ability to mentor and collaborate with assistants, hygienists, and peers Commitment to maintaining accurate patient records and regulatory compliance
- Deliver comprehensive dental care, including:
- General dentistry (crowns, bridges, restorations, dentures)
- Endodontics (anterior, premolar, some molar)
- Oral surgery (extractions, impacted molars, alveoloplasty)
- Pediatric dentistry (SSCs, pulpotomies, space maintainers, restorations)
- Provide culturally competent, patient-centered care and education
- Mentor and support dental staff through coaching, case reviews, and leadership
- Collaborate effectively with the care team to ensure excellent outcomes
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic records Ensure compliance with clinic, state, and federal guidelines
