Duties
- Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer support with professional phone etiquette.
- Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and coordinate meetings for staff and executives using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
- Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records with precision.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking to ensure financial accuracy.
- Support office management activities including supply inventory, maintenance requests, and vendor communications.
- Assist with personal assistant duties such as calendar management and travel arrangements for leadership team members.
- Provide bilingual support when needed to serve diverse clients and staff effectively.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
