Bright Skies Childcare is seeking an exceptional Pre-K Teacher to join our mission of growing our high-quality, engaging classroom focused on kindergarten readiness, confidence, and whole-child development.
This is not a traditional daycare position. We are building a structured early learning environment that blends academics, creativity, emotional growth, and meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities
- Teach our Pre-K classroom environment
- Implement curriculum and daily lesson plans
- Support literacy, math, and social-emotional learning
- Conduct parent communication and classroom updates
- Maintain classroom organization and licensing standards
- Collaborate with leadership and teaching staff
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching preschool or Pre-K
- CDA, Associate’s, Bachelor’s degree, or teaching certification preferred
- Strong classroom management skills
- Passion for early childhood education
