We’re seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join an established outpatient behavioral health team in Lowell, MA. This is an opportunity to provide high-quality therapy to patients across the lifespan while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment designed to support both patient outcomes and clinician well-being.

You’ll work with patients experiencing a broad range of behavioral health needs, including anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence, parent-child concerns, substance use disorders, and serious mental illness. With established workflows, dedicated support staff, and a manageable caseload, you can focus on what you do best: providing compassionate, effective clinical care.

• Competitive annual salary of $86,361.60
• Monday–Friday schedule, generally 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One evening shift per week, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Manageable caseload of up to 28 patients per week

• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy to patients across the lifespan
• Assess and treat a diverse range of behavioral health conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor clinical progress
• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based clinical interventions
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, clinicians, primary care providers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support patients and families in achieving meaningful, sustainable improvements in their mental health and well-being

• Active Massachusetts LICSW license
• Experience treating or familiarity with trauma, anxiety, and serious mental illness
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
