Bright Research is a dynamic and growing medical device Clinical Research Organization (CRO) located in downtown Minneapolis. We manage clinical trials from concept to completion, with smarts and sophistication to make the complex look easy. We are seeking a Project Manager. This is a position at our downtown Minneapolis office.

What does the role require?
- Manage study-level project activities, including schedules, meeting minutes, budgets, and reporting.
- Track project hours, budgets, and out of budget events; support teams in meeting financial and timeline expectations.
- Prepare executive project updates and develop tools/templates to streamline study operations.
- Identify and resolve project risks, conduct root cause investigations, and support corrective actions.
- Review project resourcing needs and assist with internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a scientific field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of professional project management experience (engineering, clinical, or scientific preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, problem solving, and cross functional leadership skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, project management best practices, GDPs/GCPs, risk management, and budgeting.
- PMP certification is desired but not required.
