What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paraprofessional (Para) position at Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care?
Paraprofessionals – Your Experience Matters!
Are you a Paraprofessional (Para) looking for a rewarding new opportunity? Your experience working with students has already given you many of the skills needed to succeed as a Behavior Technician (BT).
If you've supported students with behavioral, social, communication, or academic needs, you're already familiar with building relationships, encouraging independence, and helping children reach their goals. We provide the training and support to help you transition into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Why Bright Pathways ABA?
At Bright Pathways ABA, we're building something different. We believe every child is more than a diagnosis, every family is more than a service recipient, and every team member is more than a job title.
We believe meaningful progress begins with meaningful relationships. That's why we focus on partnership, connection, and individualized care—creating an environment where children, families, and our team members can all grow together. When you join Bright Pathways ABA, you're not just starting a new job; you're becoming part of a team that's committed to making autism care more personal, compassionate, and human.
