Bright Pathways ABA is growing in West Texas — and we’re looking for a friendly, energetic, people-loving Community Outreach Representative to help us build relationships with pediatric practices and other community partners across East Dallas.

You will be the face of our company in the East Dallas area. Your job is to visit pediatric clinics, family medicine offices, psychologists, daycares, schools, and other local organizations — and introduce them to Bright Pathways ABA.
Your goal:
Help these organizations understand what ABA therapy is, what services we offer, and why they should confidently refer families to us.
This is a hands-on, relationship-building role.

We provide:

- Printed materials to leave behind
- Simple scripts and talking points
- Support and guidance every step of the way

- $15/hr
- $200 commission for any referral from a location you visited that becomes an active ABA client with us
- Flexible schedule
- Fuel/mileage reimbursement available
Visits & Relationship Building
- Travel to pediatric clinics, medical offices, therapy centers, daycares, and community organizations
- Introduce Bright Pathways ABA and explain our services in a warm, confident, and clear way
- Drop off brochures, referral pads, and informational material
- Build rapport with front desk staff, nurses, office managers, and physicians
- Two–three weeks after the first visit, return with a small gift (cookies, snacks, a thank-you bag, etc.)
- Warm follow-up phone calls to stay top-of-mind
- Light ongoing check-ins every few weeks
- Track your visits and referrals (we’ll show you how)
- You’re friendly, outgoing, confident, and naturally good with people
- You enjoy being “on the go” instead of sitting at a computer all day
- You’re comfortable walking into offices and introducing yourself
- You have genuine sales experience (preferred, but personality matters most)
- You’re reliable, organized, and keep track of visits and follow-ups
- You care about helping families and children in your community
