Director of Operations
Bright Path Senior Care is reopening recruitment for a Director of Operations on a 90- day contract.
This role supports daily operations, regulatory alignment, and resident services across our residential senior care program.
Positions Details:
• Title: Director of Operations (90-Day Contract)
• Hours: 20 per week
• compensation: $28.85 per hour
• On-call stipend: 75 per assigned day
• Start date: Immediate
• Contract review at 90 days for possible extension or full-time placement
Minimum Qualifications
• Two years of experience as an Assisted Living Administrator
• Strong knowledge of state regulations
• Experience supporting residential care operations
Preferred Experience:
• Resident onboarding and admissions
• Employee onboarding and HR file upkeep
• Payroll processing and upkeeping
• SOP development and compliance review
