Toddler Teacher

Bright Minds Learning Center is a small learning center where customers and staff feel like family.  We are seeking an addition to our team for a full time toddler teacher. Responsibilities include:

-Working as a team to accomplish center goals.  At Bright Minds Learning Center the lead teachers are responsible for their classrooms, however we all work together because we are ONE center.  If each classroom succeeds, we all succeed. 

-Implementing curriculum - Lesson plan preparation is done, teachers are responsible for printing and reviewing lesson plans, gathering supplies and executing curriculum. 

-Classroom/Behavior Management.  We provide training and tools to effectively run a classroom.  

-Diapering, feeding, and rest time.

-Maintaining a safe, clean and caring environment.

-Communicate with parents daily via our app about things like meals, diaper changes, rest time, supplies needed, and what the class did for the day in our curriculum.  Clear, consistent communication builds great relationships with parents and offers comfort and trust in our center while they are at work.

-Help in whatever areas needed for all of us to be successful.

This person must be reliable, self motivated, take ownership and pride in their work, be able to multi-task, and have patience (toddlers require lots of patience!) This is a small classroom with a 7 child capacity.  Daily, there are roughly 5-6 kids depending on the day and teacher needs to be able to work alone with support from director and assistant director as needed.
