What You’ll Do
- Document integration logic, APIs, and workflows built in Dell Boomi and MuleSoft
- Collaborate with dev teams to extract and clarify technical details
- Create and maintain system documentation for internal teams and external users
- Translate complex integration processes into clear, user-friendly technical content
- Hands-on experience with both Dell Boomi and MuleSoft
- Background in integration development or engineering
- Proven track record as a technical writer in tech-heavy environments
- Based in Miami or Orlando, FL and able to travel to Miami office as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience documenting enterprise APIs
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
