Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Fuels Department, including document control, scheduling support, and internal coordination.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes, track action items, and assist with follow-ups.
- Assist with compiling permit applications, technical submittals, and compliance documentation.
- Support senior engineers with basic engineering tasks such as reviewing plans, preparing exhibits, and organizing technical data.
- Coordinate with environmental consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to support project milestones.
- Help maintain organized records for correspondence, approvals, and project deliverables.
- Participate in site visits and team meetings as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Civil, or Energy-related Engineering.
- EIT certification or ability to obtain within 6–12 months.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam or other design tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Internship or co-op experience in energy, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with natural gas systems or public utility processes.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
