- Proficiency in requirement gathering and backlog grooming
- Extensive experience in driving conversations across various departments
- Minimum 3 years in a recent healthcare setting
- Previous involvement in projects like Mental Health Parity
- 2 years as a BA within the IT sector
- Basic SQL querying skills
- Strong background in data analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Desirable Skills:**
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory programs
- Experience in data mapping and source to target mapping
- Soft Skills:**
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Proficiency in navigating complex, matrixed environments
- Track record of successful collaboration between IT and business stakeholders
