Job description:
Responsible for providing the highest level of professionalism and customer services for our Members/Guests by greeting members/guests with a smile. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and friendly, but professional.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for efficient and friendly customer service to provide warm welcomes as Members/Guests approach.
- Answer phones and learn the departments to help with direct calls.
- They will assist the Member Relations Director with Member Events.
- They will assist the Membership Director with marketing for new membership and promotional materials.
- Position will keep the website current with the clubs’ events, classes, openings and closings, etc.
- Answer inquiries and provide knowledge of club policies, events and facilities.
- Assist with various administrative duties and projects
OTHER ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Planning and organizational ability, being able to multitask
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge of Adobe and Canva
- Hospitality majors preferred
- Able to have open availability
- Exceptional proofreading skills for communications to Membership.
- Experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Professional, Concierge or Customer Service Agent in a guest oriented environment

10-4 Tuesday through Friday
