Duties
- Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management.
- Collaborate with families to support children's individual needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services.
- Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain an organized space conducive to active learning and child welfare.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of children’s progress through standardized testing and informal observations to tailor instruction effectively.
- Support children’s social-emotional development by fostering respectful communication skills and promoting positive interactions among students.

Experience
- Prior classroom experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare, private school, or early childhood education settings is essential.
- Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education activities tailored for young learners.
- Experience working with children with diverse needs, including special education and early intervention programs.
- Familiarity with classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and child welfare.
