What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Cleaning & New Construction position at Bright House Cleaning LLC?
Looking to hire QUALITY people for residential home cleaning for our fast growing company’s team. This also includes new construction cleaning.
Experience is preferred but the right person to fit into our business culture is more important.
I am looking for professional candidates with the following qualifications
-well mannered, well spoken individuals
-EXPERIENCE preferred but not necessarily required
- enjoy cleaning
-friendly/people person
-energetic
-reliable -no people with frequent history of calling off
-honest/trustworthy
-physically be able to move/clean at a steady fast pace for hours at a time *************
-able to be on feet for hours at a time
-professional appearance. No unnatural colored hair.
-able to wash floors on hands and knees as needed
-drivers license with reliable good condition transportation
-ATTENTION TO DETAIL and able to follow directions given the first time
-high school diploma
-background check/ drug test (clear)
Part-Time 2-4 days a week 2-8 hours a day
Shifts usually last 2-4 hours each home with possibly two homes a day(depending on size of the home) . No weekends (unless needed occasionally for new construction) We can be reasonably be flexible with vacation plans and other days/times needed off.
********During training , shifts and hours may vary. Once you are properly trained and we feel you are ready you will be put on a mostly consistent schedule. We reserve the right to let you go if you are not the right qualified candidate at anytime
We mostly work in teams of two or more but need to feel comfortable cleaning alone if needed.
