Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and case management to behavior technicians, clients, and families under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role includes mid-level supervision responsibilities where allowed by payer sources.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour (based on experience, skills, and location)

• Flexible Scheduling: Monday to Friday and occasionally Saturdays availability with flexibility in mornings, mid-day, and evenings .
• No Contracts: We do not require non-compete agreements or contracts. Employment is at-will and built on mutual trust and flexibility

Key Responsibilities

• Develop treatment goals, materials, and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Supervise Behavior Technicians as assigned by a BCBA or Operations Leader
• Conduct in-person face-to-face supervision and support for assigned caseload
• Assist in behavioral and skill acquisition assessments
• Train Behavior Technicians and caregivers on behavior plans and skill development strategies
• Monitor client progress and the effectiveness of interventions
• Analyze and modify treatment plans and behavior plans
• Provide direct services to clients when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Enrolled or Completed Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Education, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or a related field (Master’s in ABA preferred)
• Completed 12 units of BACB-approved coursework or a minimum of 2 years providing applied behavior analysis to individuals with autism or other developmental diagnoses
• Must live within 30 minutes of Antioch, CA
• Experience working in home, school, or community settings
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Reliable Transportation and Proof of car insurance
• Must be at least 18 years old
