Salary Range: $50,000–$55,000/year (plus generous bonus eligibility)
Qualifications:
- CDA, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field required.
- 8 years experience leading teams in a licensed childcare setting required.
Key Responsibilities:
- This role supports daily center operations while ensuring alignment with licensing regulations and organizational standards.
- Responsibilities include assisting with staffing needs by participating in interviews, onboarding coordination, and schedule planning to maintain appropriate coverage.
- The position also contributes to enrollment stability through participation in tours, family engagement, and local outreach efforts.
