Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision to consumers residing in an adult group home
- Provide transportation, recreational activities, direction with daily living skills to increase independence
- Provide case management services
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related discipline OR
- A registered nurse with combination of one or more years of college plus education and experience equal to four years OR
- An LPN plus two years of related experience OR
- A high school diploma or the equivalent, plus four years of related work or life experience. Valid Driver's License with less than 6 points.
